Legal Services for Non-profits: Leases

Charities and non-profit organizations often need to rent space in commercial buildings for their activities. Commercial leases are complex legal documents and should never be signed without being reviewed by a lawyer who can spot the provisions that may expose your organization to unexpected costs.
